Am Ordered Wybor F1 W32 N06 80 cm (32) Smart HD Ready DLED TV through Snapdeal.

Order ID: [protected], Placed On 15 Apr, 2017

Its received, Installation started snapdeal authorized service person came 7.30 PM and opened the item box in front of me.

The Item was got damaged. The Installation Person also observed the defect. Installation report mentioned the damaged product received.

We are unsatisfied to use this product.

am registered complaint through Snapdeal Web side and mailed to replacement

Replacement request is under process [Ticket Id: 41526538].

after that i have not received any enquirer / Replacement

awaiting for a good one (either Replacement product or Good Judgement)
