[Resolved] Snapdeal — Yu yunique mobile | |||||
Order ID: [protected] Product: YU Yunique Plus (8GB, Black) mobile. First Step: I have bought one Yu Yunique 4711 mobile from snadeal on 10/12/2016.But after opening the pack, i have found that screen protector is used.But before opening this(screen guard) i have already taken jio sim with mobile.So when i report this to customer care, they send me return request.But as i have already taken jio sim with it, i do not want to return the product.But i request them to replace the screen guard.Every time they take report as query, but do not response.What to do?i do not want to return the total product but i can return used screen guard.Thanks. Second Step: As a return they just give me Rs-100 freecharge gift voucher.This is not main freecharge balance.So again I have to buy another snapdeal product.Also one of the executive told me that i can use it as mobile recharge.But i tried lot.All the time it is unsucessful. Now my question is if they want to return Rs-100.Give it as main freecharge balance.That time i can use it for other purpose, except buying SNAPDEAL product. Was this information helpful? | |||||
