[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — 1 qty received however amount taken for two

I have ordered 2 nutriglow wine facial combo by two different order number
Order no. [protected] and [protected]. I have made payment of 2 facial kit through cod of rs. 2034 as mentioned in bill attached on parcel. Bill on parcel was show 2 qty of facial kit with total amount to be paid rs. 2034. I paid the amount to delivery person. But when i opened parcel, i found one facial kit in box. It is cheating to me. Please look into matter earliest. Please provide my 2nd facial kit or arrange to refund my money. I have registered complain on [protected]@snapdeal.com. But no response.
