[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — about refund against cancelled item nike air max shoes

I have ordered an item of nike air max dhoes from my snapdeal account on 10 january 2018 but and pay from meastro sbi debit card. But due wrong side immediately cancelled the item before dispatch. But i did not get my refund of this item yet.

This is very disappointing
I have attached the screen shots of my order along with this application.
