[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — against refund | |||||
I, subrata basak bought an indulekha oil from snapdeal but it was damaged, so i requested to refund my 427 rupees. The runner picked up my product but i couldn't get my refund though the company was showing refund status to me but had send an sms that the bank details (Ifsc:utbi0nmt147 account number:[protected] new manicktala branch) are incorrect and when i was asked to send again the result has come the same. Dear snapdeal did you please explain what is the meaning of delivery charges you charged in every item when the item was delivered the courier boy asking me for parking charges this is totally unfair if i didn't get solution of it i will not purchased any other item from you in future or uninstalled your app from my mobile
