I bought a Geyser from Snapdeal during Nov 2015.(Model 150558-Shakti Plus 25L Ivory).Unfotunately the said Geyser started leaking after a couple of months.Later a complaint was lodged at Bajaj customer care who inturn sent a representative from M/s.Aquatech Services, Bangalore.They cams, inspected and gave a tag for replacement bearing no.11244616.After a few conversations with Snapdeal and Bajaj personnel, I came to understand that if I show the Replacement tag at Bajaj Godown situated at Yesvantpur, I would get the replacement.Later after approaching one Mr.Gaurav at M/s. Bajaj Godown, I was informed to contact Mr.Ramamurthy, the concerned official.Mr.Ramamurthy is such a kind of person who ca NEVER be reached thru any mode of communication.Later a sent a mail for which there was ABSOLUTELY NO ANSWER.All this mess took around 3 to 4 months, but finally with NIL result.There ends my story of GEYSER.
