[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — cheating and harassment of sorts by unethical snapdeal

Snapdeal is a fraudulent company causing untold hardships of sorts to hapless sellers and customers like me. There operations are very shady and nothing is transparent. The company does not even provide a transparent tax invoice to enable filing of gst returns.
Sellers like me are at the mercy of the so-called “seller help advisors” most of who are incompetent (Not even understanding the issue raised) and insensitive to the sufferings caused to the sellers by snapdeal’s stupid systems and procedures. There’s no one to supervise such wicked “seller help advisors” and my several email communications sent to both the ceos were never even acknowledged, forget about the ability of anyone at snapdeal (Lacking the intent and professionalism) to resolve any such issue raised.
In summary, snapdeal is a company that makes a lot of money in cheating of sorts.
Stakeholders of snapdeal, please shy away from snapdeal and see that this unethical entity is closed down soon, so hapless persons like me already put to a lot of agony, anguish, injury and financial losses by team snapdeal can be saved further hardships o[censored]nethical entities like snapdeal.

From the feedback review message of diff_2013, it is very clear that many BUYERS are specifically looking browsing for my EARLIER LISTED ITEMS that may be shown as "SOLD" / NOT AVAILABLE at Snapdeal.
Forget about moral sense, Snapdeal doesn't have ANY BUSINESS SENSE too, stupidly continuing to indulge in HARASSING and CAUSING HURTS OF SORTS to DISCIPLINED Sellers like me! Even small kids won't do such!

One SHAMELESS SELLER at Snapdeal "Sri Dharshini Mobiles" HAS STOLEN My brand "crescendo" along with my listed images and TITLE for the ITEM EARLIER LISTED BY ME "VERY RARE YEAR *1950* REPUBLIC INDIA'S SET OF 3 BULL COINS (TWO ANNAS, ONE ANNA & HALF ANNA)". This is the SECOND SUCH INCIDENT by the SAME "Sri Dharshini Mobiles" STEALING MY Full Listing with my Brand Name, images of my posting, Title of my item and my PIN Code Number.
With all my 130+ earlier approved and "LIVE" Listings having been MISCHIEVOUSLY "DISABLED" by Team Snapdeal, the company is indulging in such HIGHLY IMMORAL AND PUNISHABLE CHEATING AND IMPERSONATION ACTS in connivance with some shameless Sellers, for their myopic gains. With my Seller account DEACTIVATED by Snapdeal, I can't look at my earlier approved Listings and I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY OF MY EARLIER APPROVED LISTINGS HAVE BEEN STOLEN FOR ILLEGAL USE/GAINS by the crooked with the tacit support of Team Snapdeal who are INCAPABLE OF EVEN BLOCKING THE THIEF SELLER at Snapdeal portal.
Buyers of my items have high regards for me as they are very happy with my top quality items purchased by them earlier. If the DISPUTES RAISED CAN'T BE RESOLVED at this portal transparently, they will be taken to appropriate DISPUTE RESOLUTION FORA OF THE STATE meant for such purpose to impose heavy penalty/compensation on SNAPDEAL for ALL THE DAMAGES, HURT, ANGUISH AND INJURY CONTINUALLY CAUSED TO ME BY Team Snapdeal and their incompetent/insensitive top management.

I was hoping that as assured by you, my issues with Snapdeal would be resolved.
Team Snapdeal have not only DISABLED ALL MY EARLIER APPROVED 200+ LISTINGS FOR SALE two weeks ago, BUT HAVE ALSO IMMEDIATELY THEREAFTER DEACTIVATED MY SNAPDEAL SELLER ACCOUNT.
Someone from Snapdeal asked for my Seller id and I furnished the same. There's NO FURTHER RESPONSE from that person from Snapdeal!
The continued vindictive ACTS of SNAPDEAL not enabling my listings and not activating my Seller account is causing me further chest pain, in addition to enormous hardships and agony and financial losses caused to me by Team Snapdeal.

Even after knowing that I am a senior citizen under cardiac care, Team Snapdeal IS CONTINUALLY CAUSING ME, with their intentional wicked deeds ANGUISH, INSULTS, HURTS OF SORTS AND FINANCIAL LOSSES.

In one CASE out of the 16 Queries Raised at Snapdeal portal, Team Snapdeal is HELL BENT ON CHEATING ME NOT PAYING THE AMOUNT DUE TO ME FOR THE PRECIOUS SILVER COIN SOLD BY ME at the Snapdeal portal RECEIPT of the silver coin CLEARLY ACKNOWLEDGED WITH PICTURE BY THE WICKED BUYER WHO STOLE AND KEPT THE SILVER COIN WITH HIMSELF, SENDING ME AN EMPTY PACKAGE WITHOUT MY PRECIOUS SILVER COIN. Apparently many of Team Snapdeal are hand-in-gloves with such Chor/Cheating Buyers to CHEAT genuine and law abiding Sellers like me, for making fast bucks the unethical/illegal way!

I am waiting for your due response on my addressed grievance that you have unethically marked my registered complaint as "RESOLVED". I am confirming once again that there is no tangible action by Snapdeal to resolve any of my many addressed grievances/complaints. So, my registered complaint stands rock solid as of now.

It's the prerogative of only the complainant to WITHDRAW any registered complaint in transparent manner in writing, as and when there is some solution/resolution by the wicked/defaulting company against who a complaint is lodged. The very purpose of lodging such a complaint and justifying your portal is to let know gullible thousands others to be wary of such influential players indulging in cheating and hurtful actions to make fast bucks illegally/unethically.

You are not supposed to act on the basis of any comment/feedback of the defaulting company. You can mark as "RESOLVED" any complaint only on the written submission/consent of the complainant. I too wrote to CEO of Snapdeal many a times but there was not a simple reply ever received.
Sanpdeal is dead. Do not do any business with Snapdeal.
Flipkart is also going to follow the same route soon.
As a consumer the biggest mockery of online shopping is that on snapdeal you find several products but all are out of stock. It's like opening a shop and putting a big banner outside stating that products are out of stock.
No one will ever step into your shop again. Long back I stopped my business with snapdeal.
