Sir/madam., i really disappoint with snapdeal service, the reason for the complaint is that i returned the order which i received from snapdeal & its very late, because same time i ordered 02 items 01 i received but another order took much time, so i cancelled it & send it back to snapdeal.the order return back to snapdeal throught india post (speed post). The details as follows :- my snapdeal complaint number is[protected]. Snapdeal order no - [protected]. India post tracking no- EM[protected]IN. I requested for my amount refund, but i`m not getting proper response from snapdeal. Because they are have no co-ordination between them, some time they told me within 24 hours i wiill get amount refund, some any other answer. I request you to look on urgent basis.
