[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — coolpad cool 1 dual mobile phone | |||||
I am a loyal customer of snapdeal since i had started bought things from online. On 18th july i received the coolpad cool 1 dual from snapdeal. Got the phone i was very happy. But after charging it when i wanted to play a song it didn't. As it's speaker does not work and it damaged. The next day i complain about it and complain to replace my order to a new non-defective phone. From then the company snapdeal started joking with me.in mail they said to call me within 24-48 hours but that hours never come. I repeatedly call snapdeal customer care but all is went to vain. They said to sent information i sent. Then they told to sent a pic of my phone i sent. Now today they told me to went to service center of coolpad which is far away from my house. But they said if i don't went there they can't do anything. For the phone i have to suffer many problems. I didn't receive many phone calls as the speaker doesn't work.
