[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — delivered the defect product - american micronic otg (oven, toaster, griller) | |||
I have ordered american micronic otg 19l in snapdeal. Seriously i felt very bad once i received the order. 1. First of all the product is not working dead. Not heating. 2. No warranty card, no manual, tong was missing 3. Rust on the grill, seems like old product. We have trusted on snapdeal that's y we placed the order. I have filed a complaint in snapdeal help centre but they are not responsing accurately. Note: they mentioned the product is not eligible for return. Simply they were sending defect item.
