[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — digi tv dg 32"

Please note we had purchased digi tv dg 32" on 10th june 2018 with 02 year warranty through snap deal vide order no [protected]

Yesterday our tv display was totally black and cant see any picture on the screen.

Request you to kindly exchange or repair our tv asap as it is still in warranty period

An early action on the same will be much appreciated.

A person called claiming from the snap deal, along with his official details and an aadhaar card, telling that I have won a lottery with the coupon deails ( dummy image ) .
