[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — extended warranty period not acceptable by micromax | |||||
Dear sir, I purchased micromax 32"inch full hd led tv with item code : dh135461 vide invoice no : sa7c44/15-16/11662 dt 1.02.2016 with warranty 1 + 2 years extended warranty. Recently i lodged a complaint with ref no:[protected] dt 19.7.2018. That there is no display and sound but the power is on. The micromax technician visited and reported. Now he says he has received message there is no warranty for the extended period. I had mailed to the helpcentre and i received message as delivery incomplete.
