Dear sir, Reminder : I regret to say in spite of my reminder reqarding the micromax are saying that it is one year warranty of my product and the will not attend the complaint lodged from me for service. Awaiting for immediate response in the matter. Hope this reminder will help to resolve the matter. Please refer my earlier correspondence With regard Umakanthan pillay [protected] Dear sir, I purchased micromax 32"inch full hd led tv with item code : dh135461 vide invoice no : sa7c44/15-16/11662 dt 1.02.2016 with warranty 1 + 2 years extended warranty. Recently i lodged a complaint with ref no:[protected] dt 19.7.2018. That there is no display and sound but the power is on. The micromax technician visited and reported. Now he says he has received message there is no warranty for the extended period. During the purchase we had received the warranty card without any seal and mention of warranty period.
