[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — fake prize call and message | |
Around 10 o clock 3 march 2018 i received a call saying that i am selected in monsoon lucky draw snapdeal and won a 1st prize tata safari car. It was said i had two options to get tata safari car or to get payment of 1260000 - the registration payment 9500. I got to know this is fake so i complained to you It was named as md snapdeal Please try to resolve it soon and inform me Was this information helpful? | |

Today i received a message from snapdeal that you have won first prize in lucky draw of 1250000 rupees from safari and to confirm this you have to submit 8500 rupees as registration. they asked for bank account number. Is any such offers are given or they are just frauds. Kindly inform.

i also received such types of calls and messages given above!!so, is it really fake or not?, it was written that i got the first prize;a Tata safari car of Rs.1200000(approx) and added that only i have to pay Rs. 6500 for registration...the message was sent by "IM-SNPDEL".

I had also received a similar call from [protected]. The person was claiming that he is from Snapdeal. Same lucky draw and Tata safari was all that he was talking about. Asking for bank details and registration charges. The person was having my mobile number and detailed address as given to Snapdeal.
The only concern is that how come they got all my details from Snapdeal. It seems that Snapdeal is giving all our confidential information to fraudsters for reasons best known to them only
