[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — fake product not taking the return.

I ordered shahnaz hussain gold facial kit. Firstly they are fake which is being sold at low price. At the same time they don't even respond to the mail. Neither they have any option on customer care dial to talk to any representative. When i raised request for refund they showed return request closed. I have been writing the continuous mail to snapdeal but still no response. I don't know what to do now. My order id is - [protected]

Received a postal mail from snapdeal.com on winning 1 lakh rupees and an extra scratch card which had mentioned 10 lakh rupees in it. And they were asking for money to redeem it. They had a contact number as [protected].
