Snapdeal.com — fraud call

So i received a call today morning and that guy told me that he is calling me from snapdeal and talked about my previous order, he legit gave me the details of my order and it's price and told me that because of this you have been selected out of 1 lakh customers and tata safari will be gifted to you for the same. Icouldn't believe that so i asked him toh share me the voucher and the application and he whatsapp me so i asked him to mail me so that i can see whether it's a verified gmail id or no but i didn't receive any, also the images which he shared clearly seems edited, i am attaching it. Please take some action against such frauds

I booked bluetooth earphone, , and not delivered at my home then they are saying delivered? They even not saying who was delivery boy?what a fraud they not giving refund and blocked my nunber also

I buy a headphones from snapdeal and that not working so i send replacement but it cant replace even aftrer 15 days...i got daily message that rider will pick order today but no one comes
