[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — goods delivered without serial number

I have purchased 1 intex power bank from snapdeal.com & the seller is staunch e-tail services llp.

I have received the same as on 13.12.2016 & now a days it is under waranty.

At the time of delivery i got the same in bubble bag not in any box. And on the same serial number is not there.

Now my power bank has to be repaired so i had visited intex service station at ahmedabad but they asked for serial number.

So, i have demanded serial number from the snapdeal as well as from the seller but no is repsonding me.

I am attaching invoice copy herewith.

Request you to help me for getting my serial number so that it can be repaired or replaced by company.
