[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — nike shoes | |||
Hi i bought a nike shoes from snapdeal and received it on 29/10/18. As i got it immediatly i send request for return or replace and commenced date was 31.10.18. I was waiting and suddenly i got msg that courier person said that i don't want to return it whereas he did not visited to my plac. Again i raised request vand commenced date was 02.11.18 but again no one came and once again got same message. If guys can not take care about your customer then why do you ask them to come with u. I send number of request also but no reply from your side. I am waiting for reply otherwise i am going to file a case now. Regards Was this information helpful? | |||
