[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — No response and no respect by delivery team

I here by inform you that i have ordered a samsung galaxy metro XL and delivery was suppose to be done on 12/01/17 and i got a confirmation message on same day about the delivery but i didn't get any call from delivery team. The next day i.e today i again got same message that today the product will be delivered. And the delivery person called me but refused to deliver it to my adress and asked me to go to him and receive the product. When i finally went to collect the product to him he never attended my call. I called him more than 4times he was repeatedly ending my call. This is the worst online store since this problem is not new from its team. The previous order was also having the same issue. Ill suggest everyone not to trust this worst store
