[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — not refunding money for the products which i returned due to poor quality | |||
I placed order in snapdeal on order id: [protected] (3 items), placed on 22 jul, 2017 containing Item 1. Suborder id: [protected]- woodland blue casual shoes Item 2. Suborder id: [protected]- izod navy round t-shirt Item 3. Suborder id: [protected] - izod black slim jeans I received the same on 28th jul. Due to poor quality of items 2 and item 3 i raised a return request on the same day. They picked on 31st july and updated status as refunded in portal, but i dint receive the refund still now. I sent mail on the same to [protected]@snapdeal.com they responded as we cannot refund you money and we are blocking your accountdont do any transactions again in this account.
