[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — order id - [protected] | |||
I submitted a complain agaist this order id. Months have been passed, no reply from snapdeal. "team is working on it". Not sure how much team is working that they are forgetting to respond. If you are not going to accept the return, they admit it in one line rather than providing all absurd reasons. How long does it normally takes to resolve to get into a conclusion? Apr 17, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Snapdeal was able to resolve the issue. But they responded when I registered a new complain against the old complain. It took around one month to provide the resolution. The shoe got returned and I got my refund. Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. I received a call today saying that i am the 2nd lucky winner of snapdeal..in which i have won maruti suzuki swift and i need to pay 7800 for tax services and either the car or market value of that car will be sent to me. And snapdeal is such a [censored]in app, there is no customer care support so that you can reach to them on call
