This product delivery estimation was 31 August and courier was XpressBees.com In tracking details it is mentioned that they contacted me and my phone was not rechable and 2nd attempt also they mentioned same. But they never tried to call me or they never gave me any sms. While calling snapdeal customer care, they are telling that they will surely help me and raise a complain against this but I cannot see any progress. So finally Snapdeal customare care said that they will surely deliver this by 10th of sep and today is 12th but not received the product yet. Also in xpressbees there is call me option but their executives are always busy and will not recive call other than computerized call Was this information helpful? | |||||
