[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — partial order was delivered and entire order was marked as delivered | |||||
On 9th Nov, 2018 I purchased 2 perfumes from snapdeal. Same perfume but a quantity of 2. I received the order and when I checked there was only 1 perfume in the package. I expected maybe the second perfume will come later. But when I received the delivery successful message and mail, I saw both the perfumes where marked as delivered. I wrote many mails to snapdeal and their auto response sucks. I call on their customer care number and there is no way to talk to customer support agent. I Have Been Writing Multiple Times Please Call Me. I Have Paid For both perfumes And they Delivered Only 1 Perfume. The Invoice That Was Attached To The Order Shows Qty As 2 But Inside The Box Only 1 Perfume Was Sent. I requested call and no one calls me. How Can they Mark My Order As Delivered When they Dint Send My Complete Order. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had waited 4days I have cancelled my refund but I want to take refund. Because this product was too short and tight. What I do contact me[protected] email me [protected]@gmail.com.
