[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — privacy issue | |||||
My no registered with the account is not my no anymore and the individual who has that no had login in my snapdeal acc with just otp that snapdeal sends on phone no and he/she has placed an order. Now i have tried contacting snapdeal support to change my no or close the account. They replied that due to their privacy compliance they cant do anything. So snapdeal is saying anyone can login in anyone account with just otp on to phone no. Pls look into this matter as i am concerned about my details saved in the account.
