Snapdeal.com — Problem in mobile battery which is still under warranty

I have purchased Intex Cloud Jewel mobile which has 1 year of warranty. It is still under use. But the battery is draining too fast within an hour and even the time for charging it is nearly taking 10 hours. I have this problem from last 4 months. Still there is warranty.so I want you to solve this problem. And even the phone is getting heated frequently.
Please help me by solving this issue.
