[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — product not delivered | |
Sir/Madam, i have ordered 'Microsoft Office 365' from Snapdeal on 24th of June 2018. My order id is [protected] but unfortunately i did not get my product and in the status of Snapdeal it is showing that they have delivered my product on 25th of June 2018. I have complained many of times regarding this concern. They do not even contacted me after my n number of complaints. I have suffered alot with this issue. I want my product or refund as soon as possible. I urge you to please intervene in this issue and please sort it out. Being a proud citizen of India i am thankful for your attention on my concern. AMAN KUMAR UPADHYAY.
