Snapdeal.com — Product not received by me. Order status delivered | |||
I ordered a toy for my kids birthday worth1000+ rupees. Expected date of delivery 4th august2020. But i didn't received it till today. I have been following with them since then it's full of automated reply. After 45 days they r saying sorry for the inconvenience caused in future it will not repeat. But order has been delivered. And they insists upon closing the case. I still asking them for money or my toy back. I am home maker and stayed home that day. I received few orders from snapdeal and their delivery partner delhivery. How this parcel alone got delivered to someone else Was this information helpful? | |||
