[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — refund amount not received | |||||
Hello I am chirsmita. I have ordered a fastrack watch on 2nd aug. But i canceled the product the next day. I paid the amount through debit card. But after cancellation i have not recieved the cancellation amount yet. I contacted their customer care executives, they assured me that i will get my money in 7-10 bussiness days but neither i got the money nor able to contact them again. I also mailed them many times. But they always reply to contact my bank branch. But the bank people refused to listen my query and wholely blames the snapdeal for this loss of mine. Kindly help me otherwise i have to take more strict action against your company. And according to rules any bank is responsible only for their own transactions, not for those transactions that had occured from other bank to them.
