[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — refund issue | |||
I had ordered a owncraft muli casuals regular fit shirt, suborder no. [protected]. The recieved product was used and size was too big. I applied for refund. Delivery boy denied pick up as there were no tags and stickers with the product and this is the same reason for which i am claiming that the product is a used product. Several times i told them that i had received the item with same condition, no tags were there, a used product. But every time they excuse that my product has not pass through the quality check in as there were no tags and stickers with it while picking up. But what is the guarantee that the product has passed through quality checkin while delivered. If so i want to see the pics of the product at every process involved from packing to delivery. They should know my money is not free and i m not also a fraud like their company. I want refund at any cost. If my problem is not sorted within a week i will lodge complain against their company in consumer court. My name is debanjan mondal. I m a 3rd year law student at iit kharagpur.
