[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refund of Item Not Received ( order no. [protected] ) | |||
I purchased a laptop on 6th October 2014 ( hp 1000-1B10AU LAPTOP ) from my registered email id ([protected]@gmail.com) worth INR 17, 451 with expected date of delivery as 10th October . I did not receive the laptop till 17th October so I cancelled the order after confirming with the customer care of snapdeal.com. They told that they will refund me my money (.INR 17, 451) back to my bank account in one week. It has been almost 2 months but till now I have not received my refund . I have contacted customer care at least 10 times and every time they say the issue would be resolved but till now the issue is not resolved. Neither have I received any call back or a mail reply from the e-commerce website.Kindly look into the matter Expecting a positive resolution. Thanks and Regards. Jai Aditya Chaudhary.
