I had placed an order today for spa cream combo worth rs. 412 (including 125 rs. Shipping) but even after paying the amount through phone pe app the order has not been confirmed.

My return order (Order ID: [protected]) is taking too much of time and it is more than 2 weeks i have paid for the product and i have not got the working product.
I am very much disappointed by this order, firstly i got the defective product and now the refunding is taking too much of time.
