[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Replacement not providing | |||||
I have purchased the micromax canvas a1 phone from snapdeal and as per there policy they provide 7 days replacement and i reported the issue 2nd day when i received the product but today 2 weeks has been passed and no one has come to my place to check or pickup the product. Everytime i called the customer care they give 24 hours to pickup the product but no one come to my place and now i need my money back or replacement at the earliest.
