Dear Sir/Madam I have purchased a kodak power bank 12500mAh, Invoice No. SA2997/1003906 DATED 21 october 2017 Item code:DW4477476 Order no. : [protected] DATED 20 october 2017 Suborder no. : [protected] It is not working since past few months for that I had complaint on a toll free customer care number [protected].I have been registered with Jeeves, ticketed 8E4-34301NOSC[protected].But no service engineer contacted yet. When I asked for the address of the service center of kodak power bank, I was provided with #[protected] but when I contacted here I was provided with #[protected] where I got to know that they does not provide any service to the power banks neither did they know the sevice center of the same.
