Dear Sir, I purchased X-Cross Spin Magic Bucket Mop-Pink order on 6 November 2018 and received from 14 November 2018 and the item was damage and very poor quality so i request for replacement on 15 November 2018 but still not pickup and replaced from snapdeal team and i am tray to call and email on snapdeal but i can't any answer from snapdeal. snapdeal toll free number have not option to transfer customer care executive so pls do something.
