[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — return request not accepted

Hi team,

I have placed the order with snap deal for nike shoes. My order no order id: [protected].
But when i received the product its not look like original product and quality is very worst. So i have raise retrun request and they closed the return request within one day but as per their policy retur request window is till 7 days after receiving the order.

As this kind of fraud they have done to me second time, so request you to please help me to get my refund back.

Hi Snapdeal Team,

This is kind mental harassment i am feeling now.

Till Now, I haven't received any response from snapdeal regarding my return pickup request.

Request you to please let me know how much time it will take to initiate pickup request.As i have already told multiple times to snapdeal that i have go other city on urgent basis so please arrage the request asap.

As per your policy customer can raise return request within 7 days and i raised return request within 1 day after delivery but still you people are not looking into this matter.

Please look into this matter on high priority and arrange the pickup.
Hello, I have received my order today in the morning, and a have raised my complaint immediately, order no [protected] and sub order no is [protected] for return, there is no policy for return, but when we got used and fake product so how can we keep it I don't want that product pls take back u r product and refund me my full amount, call me or give me y r contact no which is directly connect to customer care, m not able to call u,
