[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — return requests automatically cancelled by snapdeal | |||||
Dear mr. Rohit bansal / mr. Kunal bahl, I am writing from ahmedabad city, to escalate my troublesome shopping experience with snapdeal. At the backdrop of a lot of good feedback that i received from my colleagues, i recently signed up on snapdeal and made three purchases. Little did i know that i would regret this so dearly. Having paid a premium price for all the products that i purchased, any shopper would expect certain quality standards to have been maintained. The concerned items in my case are premium brand items pertaining to sports brand nike, but the items received by me are extremely shabby and in poor taste. Worse, i am not even getting any response from your customer care team. Tried calling the snapdeal customer support helpline, but inevitably there is no option to speak to the support officer. It’s just like the programmed responses from the automated teller and there is no resolution whatsoever to the actual concern of a customer. I have even wrote emails to the customer support team. Much to my disappointment, the response has been casual and dismal to say the least. Now that i wish to return these orders, simply because i did not like the product in terms of the quality. The return request for this order have been placed since 03rd november, however even after almost 10 days, there has been no attempt to reverse pickup the item. Infact, just consider the audacity of snapdeal team, all the concerned return requests were automatically closed without looping in the customer. Shocking!! Order-1 reference - [protected] Order-2 reference - [protected] Order-3 reference - [protected] Tens of times i have tried contacting your customer care via email, facebook page as well as customer care number. However, all my requests are falling on deaf ears and all i am getting is fake assurances one after another from your customer care team. The products are still lying at my end and my money has gone for a toss. Infact, they have not been used even once. As a matter of fact, even the packaging, the labels & stickers - everything remains undetached. Is this the kind of service i derserve for having put faith in snapdeal? Also, please go through the trailing mail chain where i have sent emails to snapdeal team but have not received any concrete response. Also attaching screenshots of my conversation with the facebook customer support team (Mr avi from facebook support team) Kindly look into the matter urgently and help me resolve my concerns. I am a management student, have completed my masters from one of the most reputed b-schools of the country. Hence i respect entrepreneurs and the startup culture. Mr. Rohit / mr. Kunal, i hold you in very high regards. However, if things don’t move from here, i shall be left with no option but to seek legal action against snapdeal.
