[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — snapdeal supplied old and used mobile and even after complaint snapdeal is not returning my phone. | |||
On 20 May 2019, I have purchased one MOTO E4 Plus (32GB, 3Gb RAM) with Order Id: [protected]. But the material i received is old and used. Also its charger and its cable is old. This is first time when snapdeal done this cheat with me. I immediately put the return request on snapdeal along with all photographs attached on 20.05.19 with Suborder ID : [protected]. Now three days gone but no one from snapdeal is responding and on tracking return status it was showing CLOSED. this is ridicules what snapdeal is doing Was this information helpful? | |||
