[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — They did not returned the item in spite of multiple calls for return

The snapdeal is intentionally putting wrong description of the product online and no returning their product as per the return policy of easy returns. Their return is close to impossible and they want you to only keep calling them if you want to return. I had made calls of around 4-5 hours for return even after that they are saying that i am not responding for return.

I had ordered the verdioz white polyester mosquito net from snapdeal on 24th sept 2016 wide order number [protected]. When the delivery person came, and i opened the item it was not of the size what was displayed online. I immediately called up snapdeal told them that i don’t want this product. They requested me to make the payment and they are initiating the return and return my money in weeks time.

After two days i again called up and their call center executive said that no return was initiated by the executive and he is raising the request for return. No one came to pick the item ever neither any call has been made. After a weeks time i received message saying that my return is canceled as i have refused the pickup. I immediately called up snapdeal again and they said that they are initiating the return and item will be picked in two days time.

And no one came for pickup again, and no body called up. Today again i received a message that my return is closed as i am not reachable.

Whenever i called up their executive gave me the assurance that they will do the return and return my money. When i called to followup again on 9th oct, their executive told me that now they are not going to return the item and the last the excutive who gave me status 3 days before gave me wrong status that item will be picked in 2 working days.

The snapdeal is intentionally putting wrong description of the product online and no returning their product as per the return policy of easy returns.
