Hi sir, I order my product from snapdeal.com (mCommerce Online shopping)on : Date :- october 21, 2015. Order ID: [protected] Product :- Asus Nvidia Geforce Gtx960 2 Gb Ddr5 Graphics Card. I order my product from snapdeal on 21st oct 2015, I mention my banglore address and they send it to mahesana, Gujarat.On 25st oct 2015 I call customer care and told them that you send my item to my old address.So pls send my product to banglore address Which I already mention in address coloum. Customer care executive told me Sir you will receive your product on 27 oct 2015 and said that its our fault. Till 4 nov I am complaining to snapdeal and jojavas for my product now they cancel my product.My product Emi is started.Then again I call Snapdeal executive for my pending query they say you talk to gojavas for your query.Icall gojava courier service they told you will receive your product in 4 to 5 days.Still I was waiting for my item and yesterday they cancel my product.
