I am raise a return request for dont have warrenty card on the box and no user manual on on box.but sanpdeal close my retrun request just mail me the invoice is warranty card.the dont contact me through call.but i am worried about it.so i want to return the product and refund my money but i dont get the return Request options on sanpdeal app.so please help me.i want my money and want to return the product. We had ordered n Samsung cartridge MLT D111S order id : [protected]. Instead of a new Samsung cartridge, we were been delivered a fake, used, refilled cartridge packed in Samsung product box. This amounts to blatant fraud and cheating the customer. Our complaint to the customer care has evoked no response.
