[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — travel adapter delivery in delay,no response from customer care | |||||
Order Id : [protected] I ordered a Motorola travel adapter on 20/10/2018 in snapdeal .At the time of the order it showed Estimated delivery would be on 28/10/2016.I tracked the order on 29/10/2018 it showed courier is out for delivery.At the end of day i got message like "delivery attempt has failed".They scheduled re-attempted on 30/10/2018 but i didn't get any call or message from the courier as of now.When i contacted the snapdeal customer care through mail chat they are not responding back and also these courier company so called vulcanolp.unicommerce.com not update their status in orders tracking link .It has been more than 10 days completed since i placed my order still i didn't receive my parcel .I experienced very worst service with snapdeal.
