[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Unauthorised transaction of KlickPay (Snapdeal) | |||||
This company charge my bank account, without my knowledge. I have not authorised this transaction and it has been done without my knowledge. I need immediate reversal. It's rs.1000.00. Debit: KLICKPAY Ref. no : [protected] Dated: 09/01/2017 They are subsidiary of snapdeal, but snapdeal customer care executives are not responding on this. They are regularly saying to mail all details on their care mail id. I have done that also but still not find any proper response from their side. This is clearly a cyber crime.
