[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — unsubscribe from promotional email | |||
I have been getting promotional emails from snapdeal. Although I clearly remember that I had not subscribed to getting the newsletter or promotional mails. Even after repeated mails their customer care insits that I click the link provided in the mail to unsubscribe. I have tried doing that already it does not work. As soon as you click on the link it shows error 404. How unprofessional can you people be ? How much time does it take for you to simply g o and delete the person from your mailing list ? please remove me from it I am not interested in your offers.
