I am Srinivas s from karnataka 571606. I placed an order on wednesday 3 November 2021 from mobile using snapmint as a cardless emi payment option to pay the amount on emi basis. I submitted all required document (My identity proof, address proof, pan and financial details) to snapmint. My order id generated by snapmint is "2354020" and the order value is rs.18, 990, i already have made the downpayment of rs. 500. I am continuously trying to contact snapmint but not able to communicate with them, they not updating the status for my order, neither they are contacting me.
