I purchased a Flu Mattress via Snapmint (Order ID:[protected]. I requested a return, and both Snapmint and Flo Mattress refused to process it — each blaming the other. I was never informed at purchase that returns are not allowed on Snapmint purchases.
This is a violation of consumer protection laws and misleading business practice.
I now demand a full refund AND to retain the mattress as compensation for the mental stress and inconvenience caused. If not resolved within 72 hours, I will:
File a complaint via alternate legal forums like ConsumerComplaints.in, Trustpilot, MouthShut, and RBI Escalation
Stop EMI payments via a formal dispute with Snapmint’s NBFC partner
Publish a detailed post on Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn tagging your brands for public awareness
You are now officially on notice.
