I am paying my EMIs regularly through auto-debit (Bank of Baroda) and there are no pending or delayed payments.
Recently, my phone got locked due to FRP (Factory Reset Protection) after a reset. The Oppo Service Centre is asking for an authorization/approval from Snapmint confirming that I am the genuine customer and the device is financed under my name.
I request Snapmint to kindly send an authorization or NOC email to Oppo (or to me) confirming that:
- The above-mentioned device is financed under my name.
- My loan account is active and in good standing.
- Snapmint has no objection to Oppo assisting with the FRP unlock.
I have attached my purchase invoice, order screenshot, and EMI payment proof for your reference.
