    Regarding an order from amazon

    I placed an order on snapmint for amazon i have paid all my emis and still the order is not delivered but showing completed on snapmint. I tried calling them even mailed but got no response. They have not delivered my order but showing completed. What am i supossed to do next....

    Mobile number change

    I request 4 times to change my mobile number, past 1 month...but they still not change my mobile number...very very bad service about that ...so kindly change my mobile number that is the complaint..thank you...

    Hi There, Snapmint, this is my Order number: 20580878. I ordered a product from Amazon, and while my EMI payments have been coming due and my down payment of $1344 has been deducted, the goods have not yet come. Kindly take care of this as soon as you can. Kindly give me a call to talk about this problem that I frequently encounter. This was the message I wrote to their email id and it was found out that the email id mentioned in website that message not delivered.

          I ordered a Steam Wallet topup worth Rs.5000 from Snapmint. Initial transaction went smoothly and downpayment of Rs.930 was successfully paid. Issues started once steps were taken to claim said topup. The topup seller contacted me but since i could not provide the Amazon order ID, they refused to provide me with the key. I tried to contact Snapmint but they have been unresponsive to all my emails, aside from useless automated email responses. I cannot contact their customer support by phone either. I am deeply worried that i will have to pay EMI for a product i cannot use or claim.

          I called their automated customer support helpline (022-48931351) and you have to select No when they ask you if you are satisfied with the call which redirects to a real customer support specialist. I stated all my issues as well as the duration between the order and delay in receipt. I was initially told that the code would be sent to my email address within 1 hr, I waited a whole night and did not receive it. I called again this morning and they were super helpful. My order was processed and delivered to my email within half an hour of the call. I am beyond relieved and happy that the issue is finally resolved. Honestly, i feel like most of the blame lies with the amazon seller who refused to send the code to me via whatsapp even after saying i was willing to provide ID proof. Snapmint as usual were super helpful provided you can get into contact with them. Issue Resolved!

            Money lost! I ordered a product and paid Rs. 651 as downpayment... Now the product is not shown on 'My orders ' section and i don't know what to do next beacuse of non availability of customer support... At least i want the refund asap... Or the customer care of the snapmint team should solve the issue My order id[protected]
            In my orders section, it says that verification succesful, but there is no further proceedings... And the product costs around total of 3100 Rs and iam concerning about the emi to be paid

              I had an extremely bad experience with Snapmint. I purchased a kitchen cooler through Snapmint via symphony, but the cooler was not delivered, and the down payment was deducted without any confirmation. Despite this, there was no customer care support from Snapmint. I tried calling them 50 times, but only a bot responded, and there were no human representatives available.
              The bot mentioned that they would reach out to me within 24 hours, but it has been 120 hours, and I have not received any call from them. This is very unprofessional behavior from the company.

                  I am complaining about loans which I paid but still getting calls

                  I repay every emi on Snapmint before it dates, my last emi is on 3 may 2024 but that emi is also i paid before its time, because of calls and messages getting from Snapmint. Even after paying all emi i get regularly calls and messages near about 15- 20 calls every day and messages. I tried reaching Snapmint customer care but they didn't reply me. Their call number is only for queries no one will talk with us. Please do something quik about...

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase of Bacca Bucci shoes made through Snapmint on EMI. On20march 2024, I bought a pair of shoes with the expectation of receiving a high-quality product that would meet my needs. However, upon receiving the shoes, I discovered several issues that have left me deeply disappointed.

                        Firstly, the quality of the shoes is not up to the standards I anticipated. The material used appears to be of inferior quality, and after wearing them for only a short period, I noticed signs of wear and tear that should not occur so soon after purchase. Additionally, the shoes do not fit comfortably, despite selecting the correct size according to the sizing chart provided.

                        Furthermore, I am extremely dissatisfied with the EMI payment process through Snapmint. I completed all EMI payments as per the agreed schedule, yet I have not received any reimbursement for the returned product. Despite fulfilling my financial obligations, I am still out of pocket and have not been provided with the level of service I expected.

                        I request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation by:

                        1. Providing a full refund of the EMI payments made for the returned product.
                        2. Ensuring that the reimbursement is processed promptly and credited to my account without further delay.

                        I trust that you will address these concerns promptly and provide a satisfactory resolution. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this matter further to ensure a fair outcome.
