Delivery address not accepting

Every time when tried to contact and pay I am unable as they ask for order ID and it is not available in my account. Moreover the message that I will have to pay 50 rs. Per day as fine along with GST. Please share link to pay the emi.

    I purchased a personal PC on 1st oct., 2022 for office use on EMI basis. but i cancelled the order before shipping as the price decrease as soon as i bought. so, i cancelled it and returned to the merchant site. but unfortunately, paying the EMI amount was continuously running. i complete my EMI dues on 6th july, 2023. and raised a complaint to snapmint and request for a refund so many times about my case on Apps (i.e. snap mint) but sometimes they denied my request. please kindly help me resolved my case sir.

                    I HAVE ORDERED THE PHONE REDMI NOTE 13PRO THROUGH THE APP SNAPMINT ON[protected] WITH DOWNPAYMENT OF 3, 900 INR and 3 EMIs were settled by snapmint in the month of feb, march, april 2024.
                    Delivery date was shown by snapmint is[protected] . But the phone was not delivered yet . I tried to reach the snapmint but I did not get the proper responce . Operator was just doing formality that query will be resolved but did not resolved yet. I complained that my order could not be tracked even in app snapmint and further no responce of delivery of my phone. I request consumer court to help me as soon as possible. I truely believe my Indian court and have complete faith that appropriate action will be taken by the consumer court.

                      Money not refunded

                      I returned a t-shirt I ordered from snitch through snapmint EMI. As the product was not as expected I applied for return, the product was taken back and it was said that the refund will be credited within 5-7 working days. The refund was initiated by snitch on[protected] by snitch but not recieved...

                      I Bought a Fireboltt smart watch from snapmint in EMI and it stopped working in 10 days after receiving, so I requested for a refund or replacement and they replaced it after communicating so many days, and the second device which i got in replacement was stopped working in less than a week and i checked for a replacement again and which they declined and i asked me to go to the service centre, i told them that i haven't used it for a week at the least why would i go to the service centre and asked for a refund, till that time i paid two of EMIs out of Five, and i objected to pay the EMI cause i haven't used the device at all, and now they kept me in default and which effecting my credit history.

                            I had added a product to cart from dennislingo after that I used snapmint emi plan and paid the initial amount to snapmint and the dennislingo said product is outoff stock money is debited from my account.                               I have purchased a Mi tv (32inches) on 07/11/2023 by the Down payment of Rs.1852. and my emi generated of Rs. 1091.
                              The first emi is already paid..
                              Now the issue is the ordered Mi tv was got cancelled on 29/11/2023 and I supposed to get the vouchers back in my account but it was not happening...
