I returned a t-shirt I ordered from snitch through snapmint EMI. As the product was not as expected I applied for return, the product was taken back and it was said that the refund will be credited within 5-7 working days. The refund was initiated by snitch on[protected] by snitch but not recieved...

I had added a product to cart from dennislingo after that I used snapmint emi plan and paid the initial amount to snapmint and the dennislingo said product is outoff stock money is debited from my account. And a lso the emi plan is scheduled, there is no proper resoponse. I had tried to contact them multiple times....

This is Sustam minj and I have been your regular customer of Snapmint since last two years.
I have purchased a Mi tv (32inches) on 07/11/2023 by the Down payment of Rs.1852. and my emi generated of Rs. 1091.
The first emi is already paid..
Now the issue is the ordered Mi tv was got cancelled on 29/11/2023 and I supposed to get the vouchers back in my account but it was not happening...
After calling several times...

I have ordered a phone on snapmint with Amazon. At first they request information about delivery address and other and then the downpaymet. And after some time loan got rejected with no reason and they are showing that refund will be intiated within 4-7 working days...

I had ordered a product from Amazon via snap mint order number 12115003 but at the time of delivery the delivery boy asked for payment then i returned that but i don't got my refund of down payment as it has been more than 48 hours Moreover you have not removed the EMI for that perticular product on my account.Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

But mujhe toh product mila hi nahi. .maene w for women k customer care executive se baat kiya unhone mujhe bataya ki unko snapmint k through...

We have ordered boat ear buds 121 v2 against the order no. #4381675 through website –Snap mint.
But actual product delivered wrong – Ear buds 402 and same product defective also by Boat.
However, we have multiple times raise complaint to snap mint through customer service. But they denied to replace or change the defective product and do complaint to Boat directly.
I have multiple contact & email to boat...

I have been stopped using snapmint for more than 1 year and cleared all my EMIs. Still it is reflecting on my cibil score. I'm unable to apply for any other loans. So I want to deactivate my snapmint account....

Hi,

I want to report an issue where I purchased a refrigerator on Snapmint with order ID 1596039 and completed all of its EMI in March 2022.

I have requested for NOC many times, but to no avail. The worst part is they have InCred as their Finance partner and they will not update the CIBIL until Snapmint share the NOC with us.

I would like to point out that InCred and Snapmint have both been sent...

...I was ordered 3500 rupees Amazon voucher on 04 june in snapmint But still my voucher not received ...long time verification process pls i don't have this voucher because my Amazon order price changed now...iam very angry with you...why you shouldn't send on time my voucher ... Now on Amazon that product price 4000... I don't have this voucher pls cancel my order... next time i didn't order snapmint app

I’m unable to delete or deactivate the snapmint account or find any options to do, emi’s were cleared a year ago and the NOC was also shared.. Despite that I could still see Snapmint account as active, reflecting on my CIBIL.

I wanted a solution to deactivate or delete the account completely....

I kept an order in the online platform named KETCH on the date of 8 May 2023, by selecting the option of EMI through the application named SNAPMINT by paying the down payment of ₹190/- at the time of placing the order.
After a few days, I received the order on the date of 12 May 2023.
I felt that the quality of the order is not good and I just placed the return request to Ketch and it is initiated on the date of 13 May 2023....
