Snapmint — Money deduction from my account, Order not received, Customer care not replying my email for changing my mobile number

1.Snapmint has deducted Rs295 9 times from my account..I have paid all its emi on time..Then also it deducted Rs295 9 times from my account and have not refunded any money.
2.I want to change my number of snapmint, I sended lots of email to snapmint care for changing my number but did not got any reply.
3.I have placed an order on snapmint but not received my order and emi got started..
Please help me
