Snapmint — Order not been delivered but downpayment has been taken already

It's already been 6 days since I placed my order and twice I've received a message from snapmint's end saying that the product is out of stock and they won't be able to deliver it. But when i talked to their customer support executive he assured to me that the I'll get my product and I have to wait for 24 hours for the confirmation. I've already payed them the downpayment now I'm worried that I'll have to pay them emi for something that didn't even got delivered to me. I have been trying to get it cancelled but they are not ready to do it from their end. The amount may not be much but still this sort of scams we have to raise a complain against it. Please help

I ordered for watch valued at 4635rs/- on titan.co.in, it's been 96hrs still the order is not created. They are asking me to check with merchant site for cancellations and refund. They are bunch of frauds who are duping buyers. They are trapping people with low deposit and 0% interest emi schemes. I want to take legal action. Can you please provide help?

My order is showing order is delivered..when i do not get order yet order id 7170719..i am not paying any emi and i going to take strict action aganist this...

Made a transaction of Rs.1499/- through Snapmint on 15/03/2023 through Fireboltt website.

Downpayment amount deducted from my account but Fireboltt claims payment not received on their end and my order remains unconfirmed.

Looking to get the refund ASAP especially because the EMI will hit me soon.
