Dear Snapmint Team,
My name is Adarsh, and I placed an order for a *TrueView 4G SIM 4MP Solar Powered CCTV Security Camera* on Amazon through the Snapmint application. The order details are as follows:

On September 27, 2024, I received a call from the courier, informing me that the package was being delivered with a "Cash on Delivery" (COD) payment option of ₹8, 399. However, I had chosen Snapmint’s EMI payment option and already paid the amount upfront at the time of placing the order. As a result, I declined to accept the COD package and requested the courier to return it to Amazon.
Since then, I have been waiting for the refund, but even after a month, I have not received the amount back from Snapmint.
To my surprise, today, an amount of ₹2, 516 was debited from my bank account as EMI for this order. I am concerned, as I did not receive the product, and I was under the impression that the order would be canceled, and the amount refunded to Snapmint after I rejected the COD delivery.
Given these circumstances, I kindly request that you:
1. Refund the down payment of ₹1, 344 and the EMI payment of ₹2, 516 to my bank account at the earliest.
2. Cancel the autopay and any future EMI charges associated with this order.
I am also attaching proof of the order cancellation for your review. Please check the attached document.
Please address this matter promptly, as I expected the return and cancellation process to be handled smoothly once the product was returned to Amazon.
